The Food & Friends Christmas luncheon at Bob’s Steakhouse in Aldergrove was very successful. It boasted the largest attendance for Food & Friends in Aldergrove to date, with 35 people there.
A big thanks go to Bob and Karen Long for the fabulous meal of roast beef with stuffed Yorkshire pudding with all the trimmings, volunteers May and Ron Leeper for their continued dedication and passion, and to Julie Joseph, the newest volunteer to the family.
Alex Thompson coordinates the Food and Friends program for the Township of Langley at the Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Centre, and said, “We look forward to seeing everyone in the new year on the second and fourth Monday of every month at the Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Centre. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!”
