Canadian rock band The Northern Pikes are coming to Langley for a very special evening.

On Nov. 15, they will perform their debut album — Big Blue Sky, released in 1987 — in its entirety at Cascades Casino Resort Summit Theatre.

The show is part of their 30th anniversary tour and will also feature decades of behind the scenes video footage.

The Northern Pikes, formed in Saskatoon, Sask., have had eight Juno Award nominations, four gold albums, one double platinum album, and were inducted into the Western Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2012.

Tickets for the Langley show go on sale Aug. 11. They will be available for $49.50 (plus facility fee and service charges) at Casino Guest Services (604-530-2211) and www.ticketweb.ca. Doors open at 7 p.m. Show begins at 8 p.m.
