It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Charles Pybus who was born
in Scarborough, England, and passed away at home in Langley, B.C., peacefully on March 4, 2023, with his family by his side
John is survived and dearly missed by Margaret Ann his best friend and wife of 55 years.
His children Launa (Len), Murray (Melissa) & Treana. His grandchildren Joshua, Grifin, Connor (Jenna), Tristan, Spencer, Jayden, Benjamin, Kailee & Summer. Three great-grandchildren with number four to arrive in late June.
John was well known in Langley having owned and co-owned successful businesses in insurance and the restaurant and pub industry.
John was a very caring and generous soul, who loved all of his family and friends wholeheartedly.
He was a big supporter in his community and spent numerous years hosting charity auctions for Big Brother Big Sisters and Langley Child Development. He also volunteered countless hours as Santa Clause for many schools, businesses, and charities throughout Langley.
He touched everyone's lives in so many ways and will be dearly missed.

Celebration of life to be held for John at Newlands Golf and Country Club (21025 48th Avenue Langley) on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 11 a.m.
