A 15-year-old boy traveling to Langley from Portage la Prairie, Manitoba was located one day after he went missing in Calgary.

The boy lost his Greyhound bus ticket during a stopover in the Southern Alberta city and was unable to re-board, police said.

He was last seen leaving the Greyhound bus station in Calgary around 7:30 Thursday morning without his luggage.

He had apparently contacted someone using a computer in the bus terminal.

Calgary police issued a public appeal for help in locating the missing teen.

The teen was located Friday when he returned to the bus terminal.

He was reportedly put up for the night by a Good Samaritan family, and was again on his way to Langley on Friday.
