June 1, 1934 (Netherlands) - April 23, 2023 (Langley, BC)
With much sadness, we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of our beloved husband, Papa/Dad and Opa -- AL HEGEMAN.
He was predeceased by his parents and eight siblings in the Netherlands.
He was a loyal and proud family man and leaves behind his loving family. He was HUSBAND to Marissa for 17yrs; PAPA/DAD to Linda (Alan), Tony (Wendy), Olga (Darren) and Paul (Julie). He was also an OPA and leaves behind ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild (soon to be two) and his first wife, Trudy.
He touched each of our lives in so many ways, and we miss him dearly.
A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, May 8, 2023 10:30 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church 20676 Fraser Hwy, Langley, BC.
