Maria (Marie) born Nov. 15, 1914 in Canora, Sask, passed away peacefully on Sept. 9, 2005 at MSA Hospital.
Predeceased by her husband, Sandor on Jan. 17, 1973 and grandson, Kevin.
Survived by sons Alan (Kay) and Danny (Nancy), 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to thank the South Fraser Home Support Society, their Community Heath Workers, the Langley Adult Day Care Program and Meals On Wheels for their care and support.
We especially appreciate the friendship of Marg Ryan and neighbour Tom Goodyear. Marie owned Mar-Sande Kennel in Surrey and later in Abbotsford, from the mid 1950's to the 1990's, breeding and showing Toy Boston Terriers. She won many trophies and awards in Provincial and American Dog shows having developed outstanding qualities in her Boston Terrier line. She was a lifetime member of the C.K.C. and regularly supported the S.P.C.A.
No service by request. Interment will be at Valley Memorial Gardens in Surrey.
