An ugly day, even for rugby, lent itself to a very straight ahead match for Aldergrove girls rugby, slogging through the mud.
This meant that the ball did not get very far away from the forwards. Charles Best forwards outmatched ours in the rucks and scrums, as they had a few more experienced seniors than we did.
Final was 12-8. Britanny McKay scored our try and Devan Cosens kicked a penalty goal.
