Mission City Outlaws celebrate Wednesday night at Aldergrove Arena after taking the second round of playoffs against the Aldergrove Kodias.

The Aldergrove Kodiaks were overtaken by the Mission City Outlaws 5-3 Wednesday, March 11 at Aldergrove Arena.

The Kodiaks, last year's league champions and this year's regular season champions, lost four games in a row against the Outlaws, giving the Outlaws the championship title for the Harold Brittain conference this year. The Kodiaks only won the series' opening game, March 4.

The Outlaws now advance to the league finals versus the winner of the Tom Shaw conference playoffs. North Vancouver Wolf Pack is currently leading the Shaw conference 3-1 over the Grandview Steelers.

The Kodiaks Cameron Davitt opened the scoring early in the first period but the Outlaws soon took a 2-1 lead. The Kodiaks evened the score up and were up 3-2 in the third before the Outlaws scored three more, including an empty-netter late in the third.
